Our design process follows a basic 5-step procedure

Initial Consultaion & Gathering

This is the most important part of the design process. The consultation will help determine your requirements. We will work closely with you to determine what your needs are for a successful website. Gathering information about your company, goals, services, products, competitors, audience, and other factors is critical in order to carefully research and plan the right strategy for the ideal web solution for you. At this stage we will also be able to give you a proper quote for the project.

Research & Mock-up

At this stage we start researching your industry and market. Within a few days you will have your first mock-up of the site design. The mock-up will include a log if you do not already have one. Any content, links, product descriptions, and images that you have will help in the process of designing the site. In case you need, we can provide our own professional content and copy-writing services as well as access to royalty free stock photos.

You may also show us sites as example of what you like your website to portray. If you like a specific element, feature, or application that you would like for us to implement, please let us know.

Approval & Review

After going through design ideas and mock-ups, you may request revisions until you approve the design. Once approved, the site development may begin.

Site Development

Let the fun begin. This is when you will see the site in its creation stage. All the design ideas will come into place and revisions can still be made. All content, images, and pages will be implemented in this stage.

Completion

The site goes live. Go ahead and start getting the word out about you new site or site makeover. We can help you with registering your domain and hosting your site too.

How do I pay you?

We accept 50% of the payment after agreement paperwork is signed. The rest is paid after project completion. Contact us if you have any specific questions or requirements.
